Started
from a vision and end up a worthy cause. This was
how it was quoted in several publications...
Looks of the Year Model
Search was an all around positive thing to be doing
and a glamorous way to further a cause. It benefited
charity program for the Missing Children Foundation
and gave aspiring models a chance to meet the fashion
industry all in one place.
The
event stood up among others. The two shows gathered
over 350 candidates. Each event gathered over two
thousand guests.
The
concept
Search for aspiring models and invite businesses
involved in the fashion industry (booking agents,
modeling agencies, fashion designers, photographers,
makeup artists, etc.) to be in one huge place like
the convention center. Then let the story of discovery
begin...
To
make the event memorable, a panel of judges is organized
to select top candidates. Top candidates will receive
the title "Looks of the Year", prizes
and scholarship programs from sponsors.
Door
ticket sales covered the production cost and the
rest goes to the beneficiary.
