for BIG thighs…
ü Remember to buy pants one size larger for comfort.
To TRIM thighs…
ü Lie on back with legs straight. Lift the right leg and swing it as far to the left across your body as possible. Then lift the leg straight up again and swing it all the way out to the right on the floor, as close to your shoulder as you can get it. Finally, raise leg straight up again and lower to starting position. Repeat with the left leg. Do it five times.
